Felony Charges For Man Accused Of Rape, Strangulation In Lancaster County
A Lancaster County man has been arrested in connection with a rape, according to East Hempfield police. Hudson Ferreira Santos, 32, of Palmyra, was arrested on August 5 in connection with the violent rape of a 22-year-old. Santos is accused of physically assaulting, strangling, digitally penetrating and raping a woman at her home at Spring Valley Road in East Hempfield Township on June 3. The rape was reported to police on June 5.
