PA 911 Operator, Kaitlynn Beatty, 20, Killed In Crash: State Police A three-vehicle crash has left a 911 operator dead, authorities explained in the days following her sudden passing.  Kaitlynn Elizabeth Beatty, 20 of Irwin, was killed in a three-vehicle crash along Glades Pike/Route 31, west of Tree Army Road in Jefferson Township on Jan. 30, as detailed in the Pennsylvania State Police report.  Kaitlynn died at the scene, PSP Trooper Christopher Allen Explained.
