DUI PA Driver Who Struck Another Vehicle Bites Arresting Officer, Police Say A 47-year-old Lancaster County man who was drunk when he hit another vehicle tried biting an officer attempting to place him in handcuffs, authorities said. New Holland police were dispatched to the Ashlea Gardens complex on May 30 after a woman called saying a man later identified as Gerald Douglas Kulp trying to park next to her hit her car, police said in a news release.
