Google Photos Account With Nude Children Owned By Manheim Man, Police Say A 20-year-old man posted naked photos of children under the age of ten to Google Photos, police say.  Hayden L. Howard of the 1000 block of Eden Road in Lancaster, as arrested after an investigation into CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children was sent to city police.  The uploads were matched to him through his email and IP addresses, police announced on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
