Pennsylvania EMT, Firefighter Dies At 27 Glen D. Golembeski II, an emergency medical technician in Bensalem, died after a period of illness on Sunday, Oct. 1, according to loved ones and former colleagues. He was 27.  A Doylestown native, Golembeski was a 2014 graduate of Central Bucks East High School, his obituary says.
