Aaron John Klingensmith was arrested on May 2 in connection with the death of a girl he is accused of shooting in the head, Pennsylvania State Police explained and court records showed. Brandi Lynn Rapp, of Clarion, died from blunt force trauma injuries when the vehicle she was riding in collided with a tractor-trailer on Friday, Nov. 18, according to the Clearfield County coroner's office.  The crash happened on I-80 near DuBois during snowfall making the crash investigation take a bit longer and leaving the roadway closed for several hours, according to PennDOT. PA Man Who Murdered His Boyfriend Found Dead In Prison Cell: DOC A confessed and convicted killer who struggled with mental health issues has died in prison, according to a release by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.  Matthew VanZandt, 33, originally of Allentown, was found unresponsive in his cell in SCI Houtzdale in Clearfield County on May 11, 2022, the release shows. Prison security and medical staff immediately responded and provided life-saving measures until EMS arrived at the facility.
