$2K Reward Offered For Information Leading To Arrest Of Deadly Shooter In Harrisburg A $2,000 reward is being offered for information on the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Harrisburg man on Saturday night, say police. Frank Berryman Jr. was shot multiple times in an apartment building on the 4900 block of Lancer Street. Witnesses told police they saw a vehicle fleeing the area following the shooting.
