A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 sent two Pennsylvania State Police troopers and three young men to area hospitals on New Year's Day. A Maxatawny woman died after crashing her car in the township Thursday, Aug. 17, according to authorities. Deborah A. Majerich, 67, was driving along Kohler Road near Berks County Park when her vehicle left the roadway and hit a telephone pole, said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
