Covid-19: Baltimore Offering $1,000 To City Employees Who Get Vaccine Baltimore is offering a one-time payment of $1,000 to city employees who get fully vaccinated against COVID-19, officials announced.  The funds to pay for the incentive program will come from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and it will last through Jan. 14, 2022.  “This incentive is about doing everything in our power to protect our employees and our residents.
