Ugandan Boy Living In Lancaster Drowns Just Over 1 Year After Coming To America Less than a year after moving to the United States of America a 12-year-old Ugandan boy has drowned in a Pennsylvania lake, his family announced on Monday, Aug. 21.  Shaakir Kisubi has been identified as the 12-year-old who drowned at Blue Marsh Lake in Reading on Aug. 19, according to his father Hakim. Body Pulled From Blue Marsh Lake Identified: Report A body pulled from Blue Marsh Lake in Berks County over the weekend has been identified, WFMZ reports. Crews were called to the Dry Brooks Day Use Area, where the body of Ernesto Feliz, 27, of New York City, was recovered from the water Sunday, July 24, the outlet says. Officials told WFMZ the man was going after a ball in the lake when he swam too far out and never made it back to shore.
