Corrie Denell Collins, 41, originally of Cecil County, MD but most recently of Lancaster, PA was caught by police following a reported "disturbance" due to an argument he was having in the 100 block of Westmore Way, Manheim Township on Dec. 16, police said in the release on, Jan. 26.

When the offices did a quick background check on Collins they learned he had an outstanding warrant issued by the North East Police Department in Cecil County.

According to court documents and officials, the charge was a misdemeanor for a second-degree assault in 2016 and he failed to appear in court. Daily Voice also found that he has a pending trial date for a violation of a protection from an abuse order set for Feb, 29.

After Cecil County officials confirmed the warrant, they "requested Collins be taken into custody and taken to Lancaster County Prison so he could be extradited," as stated in the release.

Charges for the disturbance appear to have never been filed based on court records in PA.

Collins has a record in both states with offenses including harassment, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and domestic violence all dating back to the mid-2010s.
