York Man Shot In Fight Dies; Dad, Son Charged With Homicide: Authorities A father and his son have been charged with homicide in connection with a fatal shooting during a fight, authorities announced on Tuesday.  Jared Harpster, 35 of the 100 block of Long Lane in Newberry Township, was pronounced dead at WellSpan York Hospital at 1:09 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, according to the York County Coroner's Office.  Deputy Coroner Scott Pennewill was called to Wellspan York Hospital to investigate and certify his death. Drunk Teen Assaults Officers In York, Police Say A York City 18-year-old was arrested on felony charges after he drunkenly assaulted officers, police announced on Friday, Oct. 20.  Alex R. Kennedy had purchased alcohol which he apparently drank until he was drunk, before police officers arrived to investigate.  The York City police found the teen in the 1300 block of West College Avenue in York on Oct. 12.  While attempting to arrest him for charges related to his drinking state, he assaulted multiple officers.  He was taken into custody and charged with five felony counts of aggravated assault - attempts to cause or…
