Car Struck By Bullet On I-83, PA State Police Say A bullet shot through a vehicle travelling on Interstate 83 on Sunday afternoon, the Pennsylvania State Police in York County announced on Monday morning. The crash involving a tractor-trailer and three passenger vehicles happened at  Arsenal Road/Route 30 Westbound near Loucks Mill Road in Springettsbury Township at 8:16 a.m. on April 9, according to YCDES.
