New Freedom Man ID'd After Crash Just Over One Mile From His Home: Coroner A 36-year-old man killed in a two-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning has been identified by the York County Coroner's Office on Thursday evening.  Joshua M. Suspect Caught After I-83 Closure: PA State Police (Update) A manhunt in York County is over, Pennsylvania State Police announced around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023. UPDATE: A suspect has been apprehended following a manhunt that shut down part of Interstate 83 for nearly 8 hours.  The unidentified man was taken into custody near mile marker 5 in Shrewsbury Township near I-83, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J.
