Deadly Shooting Of 33-Year-Old Dad 'Justified' Lebanon DA Says The Lebanon County District Attorney, Pier Hess  Graf has announced that the resident who shot another man dead following a fight was "Justified," according to a release on Monday, Nov. 20.  Thomas M.
