PA Amish Boy Tossed 84 Feet After Strike By SUV: Authorities An 11-year-old Amish boy was struck dead on Friday, authorities say.  Samuel K. Amish Child Crushed To Death By Farm Wagon In PA ID'd (Update) A 5-year-old has died after being run over by a farm wagon, authorities told Daily Voice.  The boy has been identified as Samuel K. Yoder, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice on Monday, July 31.
