6K+ Fentanyl Pills Seized, 38 Arrested— Including 35 PA Drug Dealers, DA Says A two-year-long investigation has led to the arrest of 37 people from Pennsylvania and Maryland, the York County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday.  The York County Drug Task Force and the Hanover Borough Police Department began the investigation in Nov. 2021, following the arrest of Billy Austin Norris who was allegedly caught delivering cocaine.  The investigation uncovered a large network of illegal narcotics trafficking of Pennsylvanians and Maryland in southeast York County.
