2 Central PA Men Indicted For Gun, Drug Trafficking: Usdoj Two Cumberland County men have been indicted on drug and gun trafficking charges, the Middlesex Township Police Department on Tuesday, May 7.  William L. Nalley Jr., 27 of Boiling Springs; and Rafael Orihuela, 22 of Carlisle, were indicted by a federal grand jury "on charges related to the distribution of controlled substances and unlawful possession of firearms," the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Wednesday, May 1.  United States Attorney Gerard M. Newville Dad Killed In Rt 944 Crash A 28-year-old Central Pennsylvania dad has been identified as the person killed in a weekend Cumberland County crash. Kody Tidd, of Newville, was driving at a "high rate of speed" when he "lost control" of his vehicle on Route 944 westbound just before the Deer Lane intersection in the evening hours Saturday, June 3, 2023, Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall told Daily Voice. Tidd hit three other vehicles, though no other injuries were reported, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, Hall said. The Middlesex Township Police Department is investigating the incident.
