York County Man, 55, Dies In Vehicle Fire: Police Authorities are investigating a deadly vehicle fire in Manchester Township.  Northern York Regional police were called to the 2400 block of Pin Oak Drive around 11:50 p.m. Thursday, May 23. They arrived to find a white 1994 GMC Safari minivan fully engulfed in flames.  York Area United Fire and Rescue extinguished the fire and 55-year-old Thomas Rooney was found dead in the van, police said. Osha Investigating Fatal Tractor-Tractor, Forklift Crash In PA (Update) Two coroners were called to the scene of a crash in Manchester Township on Thursday, according to the County of York Department of Emergency Services.  A 30-year-old man died following the two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and a forklift, the York County Coroner's Office explained in a release.  The unidentified man was found unresponsive at C-P Flexible Packaging located at 15 Grumbacher Road at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 30, according to dispatch.
