13-Year-Old Charged With Murder For Shooting 12-Year-Old At Sleepover In PA: DA A 13-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the third degree a month after shooting a 12-year-old boy over a "yo' mama" joke at a sleepover in Red Lion. Nolan Donald Grove was charged as an adult, and has also been charged with a felony of having a firearm without a license and multiple misdemeanor counts of possession of a firearm by a minor, and recklessly endangering another person.
