Coroner Says The two men who died at the scene of a head-on crash in York County on Wednesday, Jan. 25, have been identified, authorities announced on Thursday.  Andrew Smucker, 43, of the 300 block of Clay Street in Lancaster was driving his uncle Benuel Smucker Jr., 77, of the 2000 block of Horseshoe Road in East Lampeter Township when a woman driving north on Delta Road/Route 74 crossed over into the men's southbound lane for an unknown reason striking them head-on at 1:52 p.m., according to a release by the York County coroner's office.
