Man Found Unresponsive In PA Pool ID'd: Coroner A 71-year-old man who was found unresponsive in his Central Pennsylvania pool over the weekend has been identified, authorities said. Richard B. Flickinger was found in the pool at his home on the 3100 block of Grandview Road in Penn Township, around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, York County Coroner Pamela Gay said. 'Die Hard' Motorcyclist 'Full Of Life' Dies In Crash: York Co. Coroner A 54-year-old motorcycle rider died at the scene of a crash on Friday, authorities say.  Troy L. Kahler was found still wearing his helmet when authorities arrived to find his motorcycle crashed into a tree in the 1000 block of Roth’s Church Road at 2:02 p.m. in Jackson Township, according to a release by the coroner's office.
