Rodney Sebring, 66 of Chambersburg, Killed In Crash: PSP A 66-year-old man is dead and a woman was seriously injured in a crash in Guilford Township on Tuesday, authorities announced on Jan. 31. Rodney Sebring of Chambersburg, died at Chambersburg Hospital on Jan. 30 following a serious three-vehicle crash, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.  It all started when Margaret Cole was heading south along Falling Spring Road, SR-2029, near the Briar Lane intersection. Reverend's Grandson Shot Dead In Harrisburg The grandson of a reverend has died following a shooting in Harrisburg, authorities say.  The family of 20-year-old Cleo Richard Stubbs of Steelton has identified him as the man fatally shot in the 200 block of South 19th Street near Holly Street in Harrisburg.
