York Man Killed In Harrisburg Hit-Run ID'd: Officials A York man has been identified days after a deadly crash.  Jose Borrero, 34, of York City, died at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital on Friday, Dec. 9. He was identified by the Dauphin County Coroner's office.  Borrero's autopsy is scheduled at Harrisburg Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 12, according to a statement from the coroner's office shared by the Dauphin County Communication's Director Jennifer Fitch.
