Woman Punches Pennsylvania State Police Trooper: Affidavit A 54-year-old woman has been charged after she punched a trooper, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 29.  Tiffany Anne Mercer recent of Gap but previously of Bowmansville, Landisville, and Lancaster, punched a trooper on Dogwood Lane in Salisbury Township around 7:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27, according to the PA State Police release.  Troopers Michael Artale and Zachary Cianflone had been called to the Crestwood Mobile Home Park for a report of a domestic disturbance. 'Irreplaceable' Woman ID'd After Fatal Crash On Route 30: PA State Police A woman has been identified following a deadly two-vehicle crash on Route 30/Lincoln Highway in Lancaster County on Wednesday morning, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice.  Kimberly Halota, 58, of Gap, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital around 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 1, Trooper James Grothey explained in an updated release on Friday.
