Details about a local mom killed in a Franklin County dump truck crash on Tuesday, Jan. 30, have been released.
Angel M. Rife (Peiffer), 49, of Mercersburg, died at the scene of a head-on crash into a 2006 Peterbilt 357 dump truck at 10148 Welsh Run Road/PA 995 in Montgomery Township, Mercersburg near Greencastle on Jan. 30, PSP Chambersburg Trooper Kevin Rhodes detailed in a follow-up release that evening.
