A father and his son have been charged with homicide in connection with a fatal shooting during a fight, authorities announced on Tuesday. Jared Harpster, 35 of the 100 block of Long Lane in Newberry Township, was pronounced dead at WellSpan York Hospital at 1:09 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, according to the York County Coroner's Office. A doctor who specializes in "serving Old Order Amish and Mennonite (Plain) populations," is accused of sexually one of his patients. Vladimir V.
