2 Central PA Men Indicted For Gun, Drug Trafficking: Usdoj Two Cumberland County men have been indicted on drug and gun trafficking charges, the Middlesex Township Police Department on Tuesday, May 7.  William L. High Teen Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter For Crash Killing PA Dad Of 3: Police A 19-year-old woman is accused of being on a Schedule One drug when she crashed her car into two motorcyclists — killing a father of three, authorities announced on Tuesday.  Molly Elora Duffy of Elizabethtown appeared before Magisterial District Judge Randall L.
