Construction Worker, Union Member Killed On Pennsylvania Jobsite Union colleagues are passing the hat for Matthew Holloran, who died on a job site last Wednesday, May 8.  "Matt passed away while working on a construction site in West Philadelphia," wrote fellow Insulators Union member Maria Pfrommer on GoFundMe.  "This is a tragedy that hits too close to home, a stark reminder of the dangers our brothers and sisters face every day on construction sites nationwide and just how short life is." Dad Of 2 ID'd As 1 Of 3 Construction Workers Struck Dead On I-83 In PA A 24-year-old man has been identified by his family as one of the three construction workers killed when a 24-year-old box truck driver struck a construction vehicle that propelled it into the men working along Interstate 83.
