Homicide Investigation: Baby Boy Found Dead In Western PA, Police Say An unresponsive 17-month-old baby boy has prompted a homicide investigation in Allegheny County, the police department announced on Tuesday afternoon.  The West Mifflin Police were called to the report of the unresponsive baby in the 2600 block of Glenny Lane at 7:47 a.m. on March 27, the ACPD detailed in a release.  "First responders arrived and the child was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased," the police said. Joshua Leyo Leaps From Second Floor Of Pittsburgh Airport A homicide suspect and convicted felon leaped from the second level of a parking garage at an airport in Pennsylvania on Valentine's Day, police announced the following morning.  Joshua Leyo, 30 of Altoona, was found with "serious injuries" in a stairwell at the Pittsburgh International Airport around 7:55 a.m., according to the Allegheny  County Police Department.  Leyo was wanted in Blair County on murder charges following a "suspicious death" in the 200 block of East Maple Avenue at 1:43 p.m. on Feb. 13, the Altoona Police Department said and court records confirmed.&…
