Shippensburg Shooter Confesses To Killing Chambersburg Native On Birthday: DA A Shippensburg woman initially confessed to her girlfriend and sister, but now – on the victim's birthday – she has pleaded guilty in front of a judge to shooting a 48-year-old mother of two, the Cumberland County District Attorney's office announced on Friday.  Breanna Black, 34 entered guilty pleas to "Criminal Homicide – Murder of the Third Degree and Persons Not to Possess a Firearm in front of the Honorable Jessica E.
