School Bus Struck By Car With Teen Shot Dead Inside, Philly Police Say A teenage shooting victim was found dead in the passenger seat of a car that collided with a school bus in West Philadelphia on Monday, city police told Daily Voice.  The crash happened around 8 p.m. on Aug. 14, the department said.
