The latest Franklin & Marshall College poll of registered voters finds Vice President Kamala Harris narrowly leading former President Donald J. Trump by 49% to 46%. The state of the economy was a leading concern, the Lancaster-based poll found after analyzing the responses of 890 voters. The poll was released on Thursday, Sept. 19.
