A man who urinated and spit on a Montgomery County woman during an assault is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to court documents. Khalif Mumin, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged for urinating and spitting on the woman before punching her in the back of the head at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the affidavit states. A 63-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing a street in Monroe County, according to police. Clifton Little, of Blakeslee, was attempting to cross the road in the area of 3797 Route 115 in Blakeslee when he was struck in the northbound lane, the Pocono Mountain Regional Police said.
