A Lancaster man is accused of brutally assaulting and sexually attacking a victim after they refused to have intercourse with him, Manheim Township police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Luis Gerado Miller-Colon, 46, was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault, terroristic threats, and simple assault following a violent incident at a home on the 100 block of Charles Road on Saturday, Dec. 14, according to a police release.

The suspect in a Hanover shooting has come forward and is cooperating with police, authorities announced on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024.
The update follows a shooting that occurred at an apartment building in the 100 block of Broadway on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, where a 34-year-old Hanover man was shot in the upper chest during an altercation with his neighbor, Hanover Borough Police said.
