Suspect In Fatal Shooting Turns Himself Into Lancaster City Police A Friday night shooting that left one man injured has turned fatal and another man has turned himself into police after a warrant was issued. Lancaster City police responded to a call of a shooting in the 600 block of Hebrank Street on Friday around 10:15 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found one man with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was transported to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries. He was identified by police as Jomar Almestica, 26, of York.
