Charles Marvin Brack, affectionately known as “Chuck” and recognized by many as Santa Claus in the Lancaster Park City Mall, passed away, leaving a legacy of joy, warmth, and community service. A Harrisburg woman has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death after police say she provided fentanyl that led to a fatal overdose in Lower Paxton Township.
Erica Lynn Coble, 44, was taken into custody by Lower Paxton police on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, and is facing multiple felony charges related to the case.
