A 20-year-old man has been charged in connection with an infanticide, the York County District Attorney Dave Sunday announced on March 14. Sean Michael Deibert, Jr., 20, of York City has been charged with two felonies for Criminal Homicide and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, the DA said and court records confirmed. A 34-year-old man has been identified after being fatally shot by an officer, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday. Payden Sells was shooting at the police when they returned fire killing him on Feb. 23, Trooper James Grothey detailed in a release. The family killed in a duplex fire in York City on Wednesday morning have been identified by the York County Coroner's office that evening. The trio trapped on the third floor was 24-year-old Victor Gonzalez, his 25-year-old wife Giavanna Ricobene, and his 17-year-old sister Gabriella Cruz, according to Gay.
