Thornbury Flood Rescue: Wego PD Saves Driver's Life First responders in Chester County waded through rainwater to rescue a driver who was trapped in her car during the flooding early Monday morning, Dec. 18, authorities say.  Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police were called to the 1200 block of Westtown-Thornton Road in Thornbury Township by a woman who was stuck in her vehicle, the department said in a release.  The driver had traveled on a flooded roadway and was now trapped in her car, with water inside and rising fast, authorities said.  Officer Robert Wheatcraft waded 100 yards through waist-high waters to help the woman…

Man Exposed Himself At Chester County Park, Police Say Authorities are searching for the man who they said exposed himself at East Goshen Township Park last week.  Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said they were called about a "male subject in the park exposing his genitals" around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.  Responding officers identified the man as 68-year-old Kim David Maguire of Newtown Square, the department said.  He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued, police added.  Any witnesses are asked to call Det. Higgins, a 32-year-old from Philadelphia, is wanted on charges of misdemeanor stalking and harassment, Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said in a release.  The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a Westtown resident on April 21, the department wrote.
