Naked, Bed-Sore Covered Victim's Daughter, Husband Charged With Neglect In Chester County
The daughter and husband of a woman found dead in a home in July 2021 have been charged with neglect, state authorities said.
The 71-year-old woman's body was emaciated and covered in untreated bedsores when it was found in a Chester county home, Attorney General Michelle Henry said.
Kaci Nightingale, the victim's daughter, and Richard Nightingale, the victim's husband, have been charged with felony neglect of a care-dependent person, Henry said.
