A 53-year-old gunman seriously assaulted someone before he barricaded himself in his home and fired two shots on Monday, police announced the following afternoon. Scott Richard Golicher "was transported to the East Lampeter Township Police Department and later transferred to a local hospital by ambulance for evaluation before being released," as stated in the police release. A 74-year-old man has been identified after he died at a hospital after being struck in a Central Pennsylvania crosswalk, police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 5. Tar Pee Tu of Charles Road in Lancaster, was struck in the crosswalk in the first block of Pitney Road in Lancaster at approximately 11:13 p.m. on Sept. 2, the East Lampeter Township Police Department detailed in a release. A 33-year-old man has died following a crash with a tree-trimming truck towing a wood chipper in Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
