Chester County Man Gets 28 Years In Prison For Sharing 'Homemade' Child Porn A Chester County man was sentenced to 28 years in federal prison on Tuesday for recording and distributing "homemade" child pornography online, authorities said. Israel Faber, 34, pleaded guilty to three counts of manufacturing child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography in April, according to the U.S. Dept. of Justice. Faber was also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release.
