Young Mom, Toddler's Deaths Land Norristown Man Double Homicide By Vehicle Charges: DA
A 22-year-old man has been charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle for a crash that killed a young mom and her toddler, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Upper Merion Township Director of Public Safety Thomas Nolan announced on Wednesday morning.
