PA Man Sends Nudes To Children 'Almost Every Night' For 3 Years, Police Say
A 23-year-old man has been texting nude photos and videos of himself to children for the past three years, Manheim Township Police announced on Monday, June 24. Raul Ramos Jr. of the 100 block of Jennings Drive in Lancaster City, began sending the images when he was 20 years old and the victims were 13 and 12 years old, according to the police release. After a parent reported the images found on the children's phones, the police searched the phones and confirmed the images and video were sent by Ramos, the police explained. VA Man Who Solicited Explicit Images From Kids Online Charged In PA: Police
A 34-year-old Virginia man is facing charges in Pennsylvania for chatting with juveniles online and soliciting explicit images from them, authorities said. The tips regarding Jesse Abercrombie, of Stafford, came in to the Stafford County Sheriff's Computer Crime Unit in October 2023, Sheriff David Decatur said. Central PA Fire Chief Admits To Sexually Assaulting Teenage Volunteer In Text Message: Police
A central Pennsylvania fire chief allegedly sexually assault a 16-year-old who was volunteering with the fire department, police say. Clay Township Fire Chief, Donald E. Moyer, 52, of the 500 block of Hopeland Road, Stevens, PA, supposedly touched "the buttocks and back lower torso and pubic region," of the teenager following a training session at the fire station on June, 14, according to the police release. Moyer had "asked the junior firefighter to join him in a secluded area between parked fire apparatus and used his hand to caress the buttocks of the victim," as stated in the release. …

Bad Babysitter Arrested For Touch Teen in Camp Hill
A Cumberland County man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a young teen he babysat. Harry Ruppert, 67, of 1100 block Rana Villa Avenue in Camp Hill, has been arrested in connection with a complaint filed by a 14-year-old. The girl told authorities on April 5 that she was touched inappropriately while being babysat several years ago. An investigation determined Ruppert to be the suspected babysitter.
