Officers responding to a house for an alarm activation around 4:30 a.m. Monday found a broken window and heard someone upstairs, Det. Scot Pezick said. The officers left the house and established a perimeter, bringing the county SWAT team to the scene. Around 6:15 a.m., 36-year-old Bryan R.
