Slate Belt Man Exposed Self To Neighbors, Police Say A Slate Belt man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly exposed himself to a neighbor and their grandchild, say authorities.  Slate Belt Regional Police were called to Short Road in Plainfield Township around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 13 for a reported disturbance, the department wrote in a release.  There, the neighbor said he was playing with his granddaughter in the yard when they allegedly saw Todd W.
