Gunman Sought For Killing Philly Mom Days Before Christmas, Marshals Say US Marshals are looking for 20-year-old Abiud Torres.  Torres is accused of shooting 35-year-old Tatiana Vargas in the face and chest in Philadelphia's Kensington section last Dec. 23, Daily Voice reported. She was pronounced dead at the scene.  Vargas worked as a teacher and helped out with her family's South Philly restaurant, according to her obituary. She left behind a son.  Torres is described as 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Possible Murder-suicide: 'Strong Odor' Leads Police In PA To Dead Mom, Son A Philadelphia woman and her son were found dead Tuesday night in what police are investigating as a possible murder-suicide, the department told Daily Voice.  Officers were called to a home on the 200 block of Hickory Hill Road in the far Northeast for complaints of a "strong odor" around 6 p.m., authorities said.  Inside, a 66-year-old woman was found dead in a second-floor bathroom and her 49-year-old son was found dead on the stairs, according to police.  Investigators said both bodies were "badly decomposed" and no cause of death has been confirmed.
