DWI PA Man Found With Hollow-Point Bullets At Route 206 Gas Station: Police A PA man was intoxicated when he was found with a box of hollow-point bullets at a gas station on Route 206, police said. Police responding to a report of an erratic driver on Route 206 found Ronald E. Whitaker slumped over the steering wheel at the Shell gas station in Stanhope on Oct. 30, Byram Township police said in a Wednesday release. Whitaker, of New Milford, PA, was awoken by officers who felt that he was intoxicated. Whitaker subsequently failed a series of field sobriety tests, authorities said.
