Easton Man Charged For Repeatedly Masturbating By His Bedroom Window A Northampton County man is accused of repeatedly exposing himself to neighbors from his window, officials say.  Robert A. Fox of Easton is charged with open lewdness and indecent exposure, Forks Township police said in a release.  Authorities said they were first called to the 2800 block of Falk Street on Oct. 4 for a report of a man touching himself in an upstairs window who was "clearly visible to the public."
