A 59-year-old Pennsylvania chiropractor was arrested on accusations he sexually assaulted a nine-year-old patient, authorities said. A Lancaster County orthopedic surgeon is accused of illegally and unethically prescribing medications outside of the office as well as to patients, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
